We wanted to offer you a self-guided experience during which you get to know what works for you and how you can use what’s readily available - and affordable - for you to invest in your health on an ongoing basis.

What kind of information will I find in this course?

The Course is divided into 4 sections - Modules 1-8, Intermission, Modules 9-18, and Support. The Support section is a way to reach out to us with questions and/or comments about the course.

The 18 modules include Getting Started, Why the Need for Self-Care, Stress Response, Building Blocks of Your Self-Care Plan, and Personal Obstacles to Self-Care just to name a few. We make sure we set you up in this course to get grounded in your current space before going over information to expand your understanding of the relationship between our bodies and our stressors. We offer mindfulness activities throughout the course as we transition between modules or sections. The modules on creating your self-care plan prepare you to follow the blueprint to applying your self-care plan and taking action every day for a period of over a month. You’ll end the course with a plan that is applicable to you and your lifestyle.

We know our situations change and our needs also change so we designed this course to allow you to return to it as needed, depending on the changes in your life and how you’re growing. How did you go about sourcing information for this course?

The information in this course was sourced through a multitude of ways. Angel, being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, used her experience as a mental health therapist and her education and training in psychology and human behavior. Laura used her own experience in marketing, including her knowledge of human behavior. We also read many research in neuroscience and psychology to help us create this course from a biopsychosocial perspective, all while incorporating multi-cultural influences.

When does the course start and finish?

The course starts as soon as you purchase the package. We designed this course as part of our Self-Guided Workshops Collection so you’ll be able to return to it whenever you’re able.

How long do I have access to the course?

You have access to the course for as long as the course remains up, which we imagine will be forever. The course is available to you 24/7 and accessible anywhere you are able to connect to an internet. You just need to log into your personal account to access the course.

The course is audiovisual. Does that mean there isn't any text?

The entire course is written out in text, but there are also audio and visual components to the course.

Can I get my money back if I don’t like the course?
